Mr. Gonçalves is a Senior Advisor. During his career, Mr. Gonçalves held important positions in several financial institutions such as Sales Director at BSPAR Asset Management (2012), a family office focused on credit and real estate funds as well as M&A advisory, Sales Director at Banco Fator (2010-2012), Partner and Statutory Director at Banco CR2 (2007-2009), being responsible for the start of the bank’s operations in São Paulo, President of Assurant Seguradora S.A. (2001-2007), where he was responsible for the start of the Company’s operations in Brazil and as Executive Officer of Cigna Seguradora (1998-2001). Previously, Mr. Gonçalves worked at Banco Barclays e Galicia S/A, Banco BBM Investimentos, Banco Votorantim and ABN-AMRO.
