Felipe P. Andrade

Mr. Andrade is a Senior Advisor and previously a Managing Director of BroadSpan’s Rio de Janeiro office. Previously, Mr. Andrade was a Director at Flemings, in Brazil. While at Flemings, Mr. Andrade executed over $4 billion in M&A, debt restructuring and corporate restructuring transactions for Brazilian corporations. Mr. Andrade has developed strong relationships through his career, having advised major industrial groups, financial institutions, and the Government in Brazil. Previously, Mr. Andrade worked in the Latin American Capital Markets group of Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC, where he was responsible for origination and execution in Brazil. Previously with BZW, Mr. Andrade worked in the Latin American M&A Group. Prior to Barclays, Mr. Andrade worked for Banco Pactual and for Bankers Trust, where he focused on the Brazilian investment banking market.

Mr. Andrade received his M.B.A. from The Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and his B.A. in Industrial Engineering from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
