Fabrício Negrão

Fabrício Negrão is a Managing Director with BroadSpan, based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Mr. Negrão joined BroadSpan in 2024 and has 18+ years of experience in investment banking where he advised global corporations in numerous domestic and cross-border strategic transactions in m&a and private capital raise as well as debt and equity capital markets and event-driven financing. His experience covers a range of sectors including healthcare, real estate, power/renewables, agriculture, oil & gas, energy, financial institution and consumer/retail.

Prior to joining BroadSpan, Fabrício was an Investment Banking Executive Director and Country Manager for Nomura Securities in Brazil, where he joined in 2012. Prior to Nomura Fabrício was with the Investment Banking division of BNP Paribas in São Paulo and prior worked for the Investment Banking division of Santander Group in the M&A Advisory team in Madrid, Spain and for the Corporate Finance department of Deloitte in São Paulo.

Fabrício holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of Londrina (UEL) and a Master in Finance from the University Alcalá de Henares at CIFF (International Centre of Financial Formation) in Madrid, Spain.
