Javier Goldberg

Senior Advisor

Mr. Goldberg is a Senior Advisor and based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mr. Goldberg was previously a Vice President in BroadSpan's Miami office. Mr. Goldberg has been a part of the BroadSpan team since its inception in 2001 and has been involved in a variety of M&A and restructuring assignments in Latin American and the Caribbean while with the firm.

Prior to joining BroadSpan, Mr. Goldberg was a member of Perez Companc's Business Development Unit, in Argentina, where he participated in many transactions including privatizations, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate development efforts in Argentina, Brazil, and other countries in Latin America. Mr. Goldberg also spent time in the telecommunications and IT Business Unit of Perez Companc, where he gained experience and exposure within the industry.

Mr. Goldberg holds an M.B.A. with Honors from F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College and an Industrial Engineering degree from Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
