Noah Kessler


Mr. Kessler is current a Director based in the firm's Miami office and has been with BroadSpan since 2006. Mr. Kessler has more than 12 years of experience as an investment banking advisor in Latin America and the Caribbean and has led transaction teams in 14 countries on over 30 completed assignments valued at US$2.8 billion. While with BroadSpan Mr. Kessler has successfully advised global and regional corporations, financial institutions and government entities in a variety of complex mergers, acquisitions and restructuring assignments throughout the region and across industry sectors. In addition to his other responsibilities, Mr. Kessler forms part of the leadership for BroadSpan’s financial restructuring advisory practice and is a member of the firm's management committee.

Prior to BroadSpan, Mr. Kessler focused on structuring and executing leveraged debt transactions for sponsor buyouts as well as large syndications for The Bank of New York Mellons capital market division, BNY Capital Markets.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kessler was an analyst for Merrill Lynch in New York, holding roles in the company's Business Development & Acquisitions Group as well as the Debt Portfolio Management Group.

Mr. Kessler is an active member of multiple non-for-profit boards in South Florida.

Mr. Kessler received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and holds a B.A. magna cum laude from Florida International University with a major in Finance and minor in Economics.
